MURDER MYSTERY PARTY - October 24, 2009

About two weeks ago, Papa (Bless His Heart) Kacciatore died of a heart attack. At his funeral, everyone decided that it would be a good idea to get together for a party in Papa's honor, since he always loved a good party.

But, there is also business to be accomplished at the party. Papa (Bless His Heart) groomed his oldest son, Johnny, to take over after he died. But now that Papa (Bless His Heart) is gone, Papa's brother, Uncle Tony from the Philadelphia mob is in charge of the Kacciatore family business. It will be up to Uncle Tony to decide who will run the Chicago operation.

There are plenty of flappers, crooked politicians, bookies, stoolies and restaurant owners at this party. The guests were asked to leave their heaters outside or the violators would have their kneecaps broken.

LUNCH BUNCH DINES AT AQUAKNOX

The Lunch Bunch Group dined at the Weston Hotel in their restaurant "Aquaknox" - what a lovely dining experience. The decor is clean, crisp and pleasant. The food was fantabulous - is that a word??? and the service and spirit of the personnel was refreshing. We met the head chef and managers as we were leaving the restaurant and were able to express to them how pleasant our experience in dining at Aquaknox was.

I totally recommend dining at this restaurant for either lunch or dinner. It has beautiful private booths that will hold at least 6 people, tables for 2 and 4 and more.

If you missed today, you missed a real dining opportunity! I'm ready to go back.....
